Givonic sells Super Clone watches, not original watches from the brands referenced. Givonic is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. A few simple habits protect the glass, bracelet and finish every day.
Use a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive products, perfumes and solvents.
Always follow the resistance rating stated on the product page. Splash resistance is not suitable for showers or swimming.
Keep your watch in its box, away from moisture, strong magnets and impacts.
A Super Clone may look like another watch while using different materials, seals or a different movement. Follow the instructions supplied for the watch you purchased. Do not apply the original brand’s water-resistance rating, winding procedure or service interval to a Super Clone simply because the designs look similar.
For routine exterior cleaning, use a soft dry cloth and avoid abrasive polish or household cleaning chemicals. Let a damp strap dry before storing it. Ask for material-specific care advice before using water or a cleaning product, particularly on a leather strap or a plated finish.
Keep the watch away from showers, swimming and immersion unless its suitability has been confirmed for the intended use. A dial marking is not a substitute for verification of this particular watch. If moisture appears inside the case, stop using it and contact support or a qualified watch repairer.
Request instructions for the actual movement before winding it or changing calendar functions. Do not force a crown or pusher. For an order-related fault, retain the order reference and share clear photographs or a video with support. Check the warranty terms supplied with your order.
